Warranty Policy

ICUSA warrants that its products meet the technical specifications established at the time of sale. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal conditions of use.

Warranty Conditions

The product must have been installed and used in accordance with ICUSA’s recommendations.

The claim must be submitted within the warranty period established for each product.

Original proof of purchase is required.

Replacement Process

If a manufacturing defect is determined, ICUSA will proceed with the replacement of the product or the corresponding adjustment, according to the conditions assessed by our technical team.

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damage caused by: improper use, unforeseen extreme weather conditions, incorrect installation or negligent handling.
