C. RECEPTION OF THE MATERIAL
• In case that in the reception of the product some nonconformity is detected that could affect the installation or performance of the material, it should be reported immediately before using it. If it is not notified as soon as possible, it will be understood that there was no problem.

• Industries of Culiacán S.A. of C.V. is responsible for the material arrives in good condition until the client’s facilities. The client must have the infrastructure and adequate equipment for the correct discharge of the material.
D. PREVIOUS PROBLEMS PRESENTED OR DURING INSTALLATION
• In the event that the material received presents any nonconformity that could affect its installation or performance, it must be reported immediately and the material returned. Once the movie is installed, it loses its warranty.

E. PREMATURE DEGRADATION CRITERIA
• Technically a plastic film is considered degraded when the percentage of its elongation (method ASTM D882) is less than 50% of the value before its installation or exposure. See technical sheet of the supplied material.
• Physically the plastic film looks rigid, loses resistance and becomes brittle.
F. START OF WARRANTY
• The start date of the guarantee will be taken from thirty days after the date of invoice or departure of the material from our facilities.
• In the case of export, the warranty start date will be taken from thirty days after the date of receipt of the material by the client.
G. COMPLY WITH THE DELIVERY OF DOCUMENTATION REQUESTED IN THE CLAIM PROCEDURE SECTION NO. two.
H. OUR DEPARTMENT. TECHNICIAN SHOULD CARRY OUT THE CORRESPONDING EVALUATIONS AND MAKE A REPORT WHERE DICTAMINE IF THE FAILURE IS IMPUTABLE TO THE MATERIAL OR NOT. (According to PG times of claim).
I. THE MAXIMUM ALLOWED SULFUR AND CHLORINE CONCENTRATIONS ON THE SURFACE OF THE PLASTIC ARE:

Chlorine: 100 ppm

IN GENERAL, LEVELS ABOVE 1000ppm SULFUR AND 50ppm CHLORINE, CAN DECREASE OR AFFECT THE INTEGRITY OF THE FILM.
J. THE RESPONSIBILITY OF INDUSTRIAS DE CULIACAN S.A. DE C.V. FOR THE EFFECT OF THE WARRANTY OF DURATION, IT IS LIMITED TO THE REPLACEMENT OF THE PLASTIC (IN ITS EQUIVALENT TO PLASTIC) ACCORDING TO SECTION “K” OF THE PRESENT. IN NO EVENT WILL THIS WARRANTY COVER ANY OTHER INDEMNITY.

K. THE AMOUNT OF MATERIAL TO BE REPLACED IS CALCULATED ACCORDING TO THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:
Life time elapsed with breakage
0 – 45% (Amount of material to be replaced: 100%)
46 – 70% (Amount of material to be replaced: 50%)
71 – 90% (Amount of material to be replaced: 25%)
91 – 100% (Amount of material to be replaced: 10%)

L. FOR THE CASE WHERE THE AMOUNT OF MATERIAL WITH FAILURE IS A SMALL VOLUME AND IN COMMON AGREEMENT WITH THE CLIENT, OUR DEPARTMENT. OF CREDIT AND COLLECTION WILL CREATE A CREDIT NOTE FOR THE EQUIVALENT AMOUNT DETERMINED.
M. THE REPLACEMENT MATERIAL WILL BE DELIVERED AND / OR SHIPPED UNTIL THE CUSTOMER’S ADDRESS WITHOUT ANY COST.
N. EXCLUSIONS
to. Violent atmospheric causes (hail and strong winds).
b. Attack by oxidation of the structure of the greenhouse or fixation clips.
c. Wires or any sharp object.
d. Degradation caused by agrochemicals or other substances.
and. Exceeding the limits of Sulfur and Chlorine content on the surface of the plastic. Indicated in section “I” of the present.
F. Perform burning of material or products inside the greenhouse.
g. Incorrect installation of the material.
h. Use different from the one indicated.
O. TO MAKE EFFECT THE CLAIM, IT SHOULD BE FOLLOWED AND FULFILL OUR RECOMMENDATIONS FOR OPTIMAL PERFORMANCE OF THE PLASTIC FOR GREENHOUSE COVER.

GUARANTEE AND PLASTIC REPLACEMENT POLICY FOR INDUSTRIAL USE

A. ALL CLAIMS WILL BE CHANNELED THROUGH OUR COMMERCIAL DEPARTMENT OR AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTORS OF ICUSA.
B. SPECIFICATIONS
• All material produced in Industrias de Culiacán S.A. of C.V. The characteristics or properties required for its good performance must be agreed beforehand and on these the evaluation of any deviation will be based.
• Once the product is manufactured in accordance with the authorized specification, the return or cancellation of the order is not accepted.

O. TO MAKE THE CLAIM EFFECTIVE, YOU MUST FOLLOW AND FULFILL OUR RECOMMENDATIONS FOR OPTIMUM PERFORMANCE OF THE PLASTIC FOR PADDING.
